I've always loved people and the stories they have to tell. From how couples first met, to family traditions, funny memories and the moments that stay with us forever, I find it a real privilege to hear what makes every person, couple and family unique. It's that love of people and their stories that inspired me to become a celebrant.

Today, I have the privilege of combining that passion with the knowledge and skills gained through my professional training. I'm a fully qualified and accredited independent celebrant, with Level 3 NOCN Diplomas in Couples & Naming Celebrancy and Funeral Celebrancy. Based in beautiful Dorset and happy to travel, I take a calm, thoughtful approach to every ceremony, always taking the time to get to know the people behind each ceremony. By understanding your story and what matters most to you, together we'll create a ceremony that feels authentic, meaningful and completely true to you.

I believe the most meaningful ceremonies aren't about following a script; they're about capturing the people at the heart of them. It's often the smallest stories and quietest moments that leave the biggest impression, and those are the ones I love bringing to life. That's why getting to know you is such an important part of the journey. It allows me to create a ceremony that feels natural, meaningful and a genuine reflection of who you are.

When I'm not writing ceremonies, you'll usually find me outdoors. I love long beach walks with my dog, early morning sea dips (once I've found the courage to get in!), and warming up afterwards with a good cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the sea. Being close to nature is where I feel happiest and most grounded, and it's often where I find the space to think, reflect and feel inspired.

I think that's one of the reasons I love celebrancy so much. It's about slowing down for a moment, bringing people together, and celebrating the relationships, memories and milestones that make each of our lives unique.
